How the offers work
What does every rate include?+
Every Bellevue rate includes breakfast and a home-cooked dinner, spa access (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath), Wi-Fi and parking — VAT and city tax included. Children under 7 always stay free, and the first child under 12 stays free on direct requests.
Do discounts combine?+
The best single mechanic for your stay applies (for example the long-stay discount), and family-club members add their discount on top. Holiday weeks (Christmas and New Year) carry no discounts.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Standard: free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (21 days for New Year). Summer stays until 27.09.2026: free cancellation up to 48 hours. The non-refundable rate is prepaid and non-cancellable.
Is there a winter early-booking discount?+
For winter 2026/27 we run no percentage early-booking discounts — demand is real and capacity is filling. Booking early secures your dates, not a lower price.
