Bellevue is run by a family of restaurateurs — for decades before the hotel we fed Pamporovo at Rodopski Spetsialiteti, The Old House and Asen Levov. Today that same kitchen anchors your stay: breakfast and dinner cooked on site, every day, included in every rate. The Rhodope table is simple and honest — which is why guests return for the dinner as much as for the mountain.

The story
From Rodopski Spetsialiteti to the Bellevue kitchen
Our road in cooking ran through three restaurants: Rodopski Spetsialiteti in Pamporovo, The Old House in Pamporovo and Sunny Beach, and Asen Levov. We fed guests for more than 20 years before, in November 2016, the same kitchen moved under the Bellevue roof. That is why the restaurant here is not an add-on to the hotel — the hotel grew around the restaurant.

What does half board include?+
Breakfast and dinner every day of your stay, included in the room rate for all guests. Drinks at dinner are charged separately.
Can you accommodate allergies and diets?+
Yes — tell us with your request or at reception and the kitchen will take care of it with advance notice.
Is lunch or full board available?+
For summer stays of 3+ nights lunch is on us — half board becomes full board. For groups, lunch is available as a supplement.
Do you cook for special occasions?+
Tell us — a birthday, an anniversary or a quiet family dinner: the kitchen and the team take every request personally, as long as we know in advance. Mention it with your request or at reception.
