42 double rooms and 6 studios — all with a balcony, a bathtub and Rhodope views, plus mini-bar, TV and hairdryer. Doubles are around 20 m² with a double bed or two singles; studios around 38 m² with a kitchenette and a sofa bed. Every rate includes breakfast and a home-cooked dinner, access to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, Wi-Fi and parking. VAT and city tax included — no hidden supplements.
The choice
Double bed or twins — tell us how you sleep
All 42 double rooms are around 20 m², but they come in two characters: one double bed, or two separate beds. Couples take the double, ski friends take the twins. Note your preference in the request and we will honor it.
For families
The studio: Bellevue in family mode
The six studios are around 38 m² — nearly double the space, with a double bed, a sofa bed and a kitchenette for baby food, afternoon coffees and midnight snacks. The home-cooked dinner downstairs is still included, and the living area takes the games and lazy evenings. For bigger families we also arrange neighboring double rooms on request.

What is included in the rate?+
Breakfast and a home-cooked dinner, spa access (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath), Wi-Fi and parking. All rates include VAT and city tax.
How are children charged?+
Children under 7 stay free in their parents’ room; children aged 7 to 12.99 are charged 50% of a bed price; from age 13 they are charged as adults.
How does the booking request work?+
You see the rates online and send a request — no payment. Our team checks availability and confirms personally by email or phone.
What does every room have?+
Every room has a Rhodope-view balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub, a mini-bar, TV and hairdryer. Studios add a kitchenette, a sofa bed and a living area.
Do I pay upfront?+
No — a request is not a payment. You see the rates, send a request, and we check and confirm personally. Nothing is charged upfront; payment follows the terms of your chosen rate after confirmation.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:00.
